岗位职责:
1.Basic understanding of company’s regulations procedures.
2.Provide pre-sales service as requested by the sales such as trials and technical support.
3.Organization and provide product training to agents and OEMs, as well as end users.
4.Intensive travelling to OEMs and end users as to carry out various trouble shooting of quality problems.
5.Close coordination with sales and agents to handle actively customer complains.
6.Close coordination with related departs, sales admin and production sites as observe and avoid potential quality risks.
7.Closer follow-up of trails and complain by timely reports.
8.Market and competitors’ analysis.
9.Working closely with sales as to achieve a high customer satisfaction rate.
10.Organize and participation to exhibitions and seminars.
11.Others per request from supervisor and management.
