Heshun Technology & Haili Environmental cooperate to build full recycled polyester industrial chain
 On June 5, 2026, Hangzhou Heshun Technology and Zhejiang Haili Environmental Protection signed a strategic cooperation agreement to build a complete industrial chain covering waste polyester recycling, rPET deep processing and high-end functional film manufacturing, boosting the industrial application of circular economy in new materials.
 
 
 
Relevant executives from both enterprises attended and witnessed the signing. According to the parties' in-depth one-year technical docking, co-developed functional films with 30% rPET content have obtained overseas market recognition, marking a key breakthrough in the commercialization of recycled polyester films.
 
 
 
In a themed speech, Dr. Chen Zhengjian analyzed the technical difficulties and solutions for manufacturing high-performance films with recycled materials, and released five industry outlooks. Globally, the PCR PET film market is expected to achieve a 10%-14% CAGR and exceed USD 1.5 billion by 2032. Driven by AI optical sorting and high-quality PCR capacity expansion, the PCR content of premium products can reach over 80% for high-end applications. China's robust domestic demand will act as a core growth engine, while product applications are upgrading from food and electronic packaging to pharmaceutical and optical-grade films. Meanwhile, China's improving mandatory PCR policy system will further release huge domestic substitution potential for high-end recycled polyester products.
 
 
 
Heshun Technology stated that the cooperation is a vital strategic layout to optimize green raw material supply chains and accelerate the mass production of eco-friendly functional films. Haili Environmental Protection highlighted its complete closed-loop waste polyester recycling chain and stable rPET raw material supply capacity, which can fully support the green manufacturing of high-end films and realize upstream and downstream complementary advantages.
 
 
 
Moving forward, the two sides will deepen full industrial chain collaboration, accelerate the R&D, mass production and market promotion of green recycled functional films. This cooperation integrates circular economy and high-end new material manufacturing, and will drive the green and low-carbon transformation of China's polyester new material industry through continuous technological innovation.
