Hengshen Spandex is the only small and medium-sized enterprise in the spandex industry that has completed production capacity expansion during this round of capacity expansion cycle. Hengju's annual output of 30,000 tons of differentiated functional spandex project has a total investment of nearly 900 million yuan, which has intelligently improved the production process. During the inspection, from packaging to warehousing, the entire process has achieved automated production, with high precision and traceability, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality. At the same time, the core production equipment uses imported equipment and adopts industry-leading process technologies such as multi-end spinning to produce differentiated spandex products such as high-temperature resistant spandex, high-elongation spandex, easy-to-set spandex, acid dye dyeable spandex, and high-resilience and high-stress spandex. In addition to the spandex project, the polyamide project with an annual output of 220,000 tons and the differentiated nylon filament project with an annual output of 70,000 tons located in the integrated industrial park have been successfully launched.
