Wuhai Municipal People's Government, Hainan District People's Government from Inner Mongolia and Zhuji Huahai Spandex Co., Ltd. signed a project strategic investment framework agreement with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. This project is located in Xilaifeng Project Area, Hainan Industrial Park, covering 2100 mu of land, and it will build 720kt/year of 1,4-BDO, 240kt/year of PTMEG and 50kt/year spandex and supported solid waste comprehensive project within 3 phases.
The first phase will construct a production line able to produce 340kt/year of 1,4 BDO and 180kt/year of PTMEG, which will start construction in March 2021 and reach debugging condition in end-Dec.
