Shenzhou International(02313-HK) announced that it would invest about $100 million to build a garment production facility for Adidas in Vietnam.
The company expected that the new garment production facilities will be put into operation gradually in 2021, and believed that the construction of garment production facilities in Vietnam will diversify the production base, ease the production capacity shortage and provide flexibility in the increasingly complex international situation. As a result, the Board believed that the construction of new production facilities will benefit its customers, the group and its shareholders as a whole.
